I think perhaps the most curious thing in the whole Kate photo-gate situation is that her communications team allowed the sloppily edited photo to be released at all.
I appreciate your thoughts re: how much editing goes on in the magazine world. And I think most of us understand air brushing for a Vogue cover, and that the Kardashians are doing to do what the Kardashians are going to do.
But the Mother’s Day photo was different, and was promoted as having been taken by William that week. In other words, it was a ‘proof of life’ photo, meant to quell worry. And with so many mistakes made, it certainly didn’t do that. Even without going down the rabbit hole, I thought ‘how long is her arm span to get around both the kids with her hands so perfectly displayed?’
The fact that the AP asked first the original, and KP refused to give it, is what led to the ‘kill notice’, and literally today AFP says they can no longer trust KP as a source. Is whatever they were trying to hide worth this embarrassment? Not to mention all the British Media in an uproar to protect Kate while they couldn’t wait to print anything they could on Meghan… what a mess!

I just don’t understand the interest in her medical issues. Yes someone photoshopped a picture but we live in a Photoshop world.
