Also, I'm not sure if you've ever written about films and shows like Phantom Thread or The Collection (both of which I was borderline obsessed with) but that could be a fun analysis/discussion. Tangentially related, but the polar opposite of the fictionalized fashion world from EIP.
Outstanding read. A masterclass in observation and humour! To my eye and recollection, the one and only time Emily looked chic is in season three when she wore the red/orange Courrèges jacket.
Emily in Paris is great fun. The clothes are dynamite including one of the men. It makes me think about splashing up my wardrobe instead of staying so conservative. Entertaining all the way. Thx
