I actually kinda hate that athleisure became fashion. It's so hard to find technical, performance gear these days. Recently, upon taking up Badminton, I searched for court shoes, something specifically designed for movement during racquet sports. Impossible to find among popular brands. Instead, descriptions on these websites talk about how to *style* their shoes. I'm looking at you, Adidas, Nike and others. My point is, we still need companies to create workout wear for, you know, actually working out.

Two things about the unleggings, which (as a Boomer) I'm into: On a plane, you definitely do not want wide leg pants of any kind, bc when you use the toilet, your pants will graze the often-revolting floor. And about some of the elastic-waisted pants I've tried, they can give you what Trinny Woodall calls "nappy sack" in the back. As an older person, that is something you definitely want to avoid, as it suggests...well, nevermind. x
